## Notice

With the aim of successfully launching the portal, helping raise awareness and its use amongst the intended audience of adults, young people, employers, support organisations and importantly, key stakeholders. See Appendix 1 for details of the Cornwall Opportunities brand which has already been developed. We would like to work with an experienced local marketing and PR company, with a head office based in Cornwall or Devon, to design and deliver an inspiring and empowering campaign for Cornwall Opportunities
