Public toilets are especially important for older people, disabled people, families (especially those with babies and very young children), tourists and visitors. The aim of this project is to refurbish existing male toilets to a prestigious condition which will help to attract hirers as well as offer a number of energy saving solutions including reduced water and electricity use.
