Crown Commercial Service are acting as an Agent and have conducted this procurement on before of Cabinet Office the Authority. The requirement is to provide a platform for authoring, assembling and delivering online tests and assessments. The platform will be provided as software-as-a-service including the support to manage and maintain the platform. The test platform is required to allow independent access to the client's users instead of this work being handed to the supplier
