FLTS is an income generating unit within Norfolk County Council's (NCC) Community and Environmental Services department. The requirement is split into two Lots: Lot 1 - Provision of Trainer Assessors to deliver training under the approved centre status of FLTS Lot 2 - to supply and deliver training and assessment including any awarding body registration and certification.
