THE PROJECT CONCERNS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING ROOF SHINGLES WITH NEW SELF-ADHESIVE MEMBRANE, REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING SKYLIGHT WINDOWS (29NO.), REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING TRACE HEATING AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING AIR TERMINATION /UPGRADING OF EXISTING DOWN CONDUCTORS AND EARTHING SYSTEM, UPGRADING OF EXISTING D/BOARDS BY INSTALLING SURGE PROTECTION DEVICES, OF BUILDING TRO069 - COMBINED MESS, WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE TROODOS STATION AT THE SBAA AREA IN THE CYPRUS ISLAND. THE EXISTING ROOF SHINGLES HAVE REACHED THEIR LIFE SPAN AND MUST BE REMOVED. THERE ARE 29NO. SKYLIGHT WINDOWS THAT MUST BE REPLACED WITH NEW. THE EXISTING TRACE HEATING AND AIR TERMINATION SYSTEM WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW AS WELL. UPGRADING THE EXISTING DOWN CONDUCTORS AND EARTHING SYSTEM AND EXISTING D/BOARDS BY INSTALLING SURGE PROTECTION DEVICES. AT THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING THERE ARE EXISTING BAT BOXES WHICH WILL REMAIN. A BAT'S SURVEY CARRIED OUT AND THE RESULTS AND REQUIREMENTS TO BE FOLLOWED WILL BE PRESENTED WITHIN THE QUOTATION DOCUMENTS. A LICENCED BAT ECOLOGIST TO BE EMPLOYED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE SUPERVISION DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS.
