The contracted provider can be a self-employed individual, or a named individual from an organisation. The contract requires the development of a dynamic and joined up vocal strategy for Cornwall to ensure that every pupil has the chance to sing regularly and that inspiring vocal activities of all genres and styles (including choirs and other vocal ensembles) are available to all children and young people. The deliverer will also strive to elevate the quality of vocal activity across all genres of singing, including choral part singing, through training and resources. 2.
