## Notice

This contract is for the supply, installation and maintenance of mesh panels over a contract period of five years with options to extend, on an annual basis, for up to an additional two years. The panels may also be required for any other WMCA on-street infrastructure such as cycle storage facilities etc. Additional information: Please note that the figure given for the total value of the contract is based on a minimum spend of PS25,000.00 p.a. for the 5 years of the initial term of the contract, the final level of spend could be higher. The contract is for a minimum period of 5 years with options to extend, on an annual basis, for up to an additional 2 years.
