Each Kitchen listed will require a full annual deep clean and ducting clean where applicable, in accordance with the requirements referenced in Appendix 6 Doc 2. Requirement: The successful Tenderer will ensure the partnership adheres to its legal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and in particular attention to: The Food Safety Act 1990 The Food Safety (General Hygiene) Regulations 2006 Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulation 2002 The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System REACH documentation.
