Requirement: As Business Support the successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Talent & OD team with administrative support. They will perform a range of support service tasks and will have opportunities to develop their skills. They will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and oversight from colleagues. They will also be able to communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders. Key deliverables: As Business Support the successful candidate will promote a positive attitude and their main tasks will include: * Organising L&D events (i.e. liaison with suppliers, and adding to the events calendar etc) * Responding to queries from the email inboxes * Scheduling meetings (i.e. booking and setting up rooms) * Supporting recruitment (i.e. organising sifts and interviews, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS)) * Supporting with pre-onboarding tasks (requesting references and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for example) * Help maintain accurate records and maintain electronic filing system * Processing purchase orders and invoices for the team
