The IPS programme is designed to provide intensive, individual support aiming to help people with severe mental health issues to gain and retain paid, competitive employment. Staff will be based in secondary mental health teams in Norfolk and Waveney, with employment specialists working in close collaboration with clinical staff. They will also work with employers to seek employment opportunities for individuals and with any individuals who express an interest in employment to achieve an employment outcome.
