The Growth Company (GC) anticipate bidding Lot 2 - Engaging and supporting young people aged 18-24 years into further education, training or employment in Greater Manchester (GM). As a Prime Contractor, GC are looking for providers who can deliver bespoke support and training for the young people who are 18-24 NEET or at risk of NEET (including unemployed and economically inactive). This tender specification outlines the information that GC requires to determine the capacity and capability of organisations to deliver the service.
