Pursuit and receipt of payment through enforcement of Warrants of Control b. Respond to enquiries and complaints received by letter, telephone, fax, e-mail and personal contact c. Provide Council officers with real-time access to the Agency's computer system to view individual warrant, debtor and progress details d. Provide performance reports on warrants, debtors, complaints, incidents and returned warrants.
