HM Coastguard coordinates hundreds of incidents every year and loss of life could be avoided if members of the general public were more aware of what to do if they end up in the water. Entering water under 15degC can seriously impact your ability to breathe and move. This is a call-off purchase from DfT Group requirement - TRAS0030.
