The Works will comprise of the soft strip out to Bastion House, from and including the podium level and above on a fixed price D&B basis. The Contract Sum is expected to be between PS1,450,000 and PS1,550,000 on a fixed price D&B basis. This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free. The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore PS1,500,000
