These templates will then be accessible to all Rail Carbon Tool Users, with the intention that this builds the library within the Rail Carbon Tool and assists future users from having to undertake individual calculation for items where this is already available. 2)Engage and work with organisations that have used the Rail Carbon Tool to seek agreement to obtain access to their data and information to identify and validate Rail Carbon Tool Packages that would be suitable for inclusion and publication within the Templates library. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
