In the short term, the focus will be to help build a picture of the candidates, their respective paths through media channels and media touchpoints in order to ensure that Ingeus is set up for success. The organisations need to develop an outline proposition that helps Ingeus use media intelligently to target passive candidates, as well as optimising the channel mix for active ones. Part 2 - Proposal If you feel your organisation can deliver and meet the above expectations, we are keen to hear from you and invite you to submit a costed proposal by 5pm on 7th June 2024 to partnerships@ingeus.co.uk Proposals should be clear to include details of the functionality of the software. Your completed proposal will be assessed, with shortlisted organisations then being approached to discuss your submission and delivery proposal in further detail by a member of the Ingeus UK team.
