The project will be developed as one phase. The project will have a contract value of approximately PS23,400,000 and be constructed over 20 months with a 5-6-month RIBA Stage 4 lead in. The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-1 Employers agent services as per Client MEAT assessment.. The Contract will commence on 1st April 2026 with completion date on 31st July 2028.
