The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the Restricted procedure. 2.2 This tender is divided into 7 Lots geographically, and interested parties may bid for 1 or more than 1 Lot. Full details of the geographically areas covered per Lot and the number of recovery operators required for each Lot are clearly defined in the Contract Procedures Document V30.
