## Notice

The London Borough of Hillingdon owns a housing stock of approximately 13,000 properties located on a number of estates within the geographical area of the Borough. The Council also provides services to residents from a number of corporate buildings, libraries, theatres, day centres and children's homes and manages parks and golf courses. Fencing and gating of various types and constructions are installed at many of these properties. The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of fire systems and fire protection devices ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufactures and safety standards. The resulting contract will cover general needs housing, sheltered and supporting housing owned by the Council as we as corporate sites. Contract Period The Contract will be for a period of two (2) years with options to extend for a further one (1) year subject to the requirements of the service and the performance of the contractor. London Borough of Hillingdon does not provide any guarantee or assurance in respect of the annual value or volumes of work generated / procured under this contract.
