The Service Provider will be expected to demonstrate the ability to provide Independent Advocacy to Adults who fall outside of the statutory advocacy definitions within the contractual financial envelope, where an Adult has an Adult Social Care-related issue that could be appropriately supported by an Independent Advocate.
