It is set out in two lots: Lot 1: Selection of concept design proposals with preliminary structural and cost appraisals; and Lot 2: Preferred design taken to full developed design stage The Authority will award to one provider for both lots and reserves the right to award lot 1 without proceeding with lot 2 should this be the preferred option.
