## Notice

This Contact has been awarded, details below. Hertfordshire County Council, hereafter referred to as the Council, recognized the need for additional local provision for Children and Young People (C&YP) with autism, learning difficulties and / or challenging behaviour in Hertfordshire so that they can continue to live and receive their education near to their families and the local community. Wynchlands Crescent will enable C&YP with autism to continue access local special school placements and is an alternative to residential out of county placements. The core Contract period will be for a period of five years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to two years at 12 month intervals. The annual value is PS706,000. Value for total Contract period is PS4,942,000. The procurement followed the Light Touch regime principles in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
