All Bidders are recommended to attend but attendance is optional and any slides or hand-outs will be uploaded to the e-Sourcing portal once the session is complete. Location: Bidders are asked to report to Edes House Reception at Edes House, County Hall Campus, West Street, Chichester, PO19 1RG where they will be met by a member of the team. Content: o Overview of the requirement o Explanation of the process o Q & A o Using the WSCC e-Sourcing Portal RSVP: Please send a message on the e-Sourcing Portal by Monday 3rd December and advise who from your organisation will be attending. Please note the Council has to limit spaces to one representative per organisation.
