## Notice

The Festival will follow international business festivals held in Liverpool in 2014, 2016 and 2018 but will assume a distinct, fresh identity. To this end, the CA is procuring a Festival Manager (the "Manager") to plan and deliver the Festival. The Manager may be a single entity or a group of entities combining to plan and deliver the Festival. In case of group, the CA will require a single entity to act as lead entity for the Manager.
