## Notice

The Authority intends to enter into a 5-year contract(s) from 1st July 2017 (Stratfield Brake Sports Ground - Lot 1) / 1st August 2017 (Whitelands Farm Sports Ground - Lot 2) with the option, exercisable by the Authority, in agreement with the Contractor, to extend the contract by up to a further five years. Bidders are free to bid for one or both of the Lots and should clearly identify in their tender submissions which Lot(s) they are bidding for.
