Vacated sites within the City Centre Campus can then be redeveloped for the benefit of the University, as part of a wider University Estate Masterplan. The Planning Consultant will work collaboratively with University staff and the other Consultants and Contractors directly appointed by the Employer. For the avoidance of doubt, any references made within University documentation to Project Manager shall also mean Project Technical Offer and or the Contract Administrator/Employers Agent dependent upon the form of Main Contract utilised. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
