The output is expected to be: Project 1: An in-depth understanding of the patient experience of services Project 2: A clear understanding of the issues faced by GPs/Primary Care in managing patients who have fallen as part of the multi-faceted falls prevention pathway and what they perceive as the opportunities for improvement.
