Samples which fail to arrive at the laboratory outside of the recommended time and temperature may still be tested but will not be paid for and a retest will be arranged by the laboratory at their own expense. The provision of sample bottles shall be included in the price. The laboratory selected must have and evidence in the tender return UKAS accreditation for the service and tests provided.
