We are looking for experienced housing professionals with a passion for championing the voice of our tenants, leasholders and our wider community. This is an important front-line post which primarily deals with housing management functions such as: o letting new tenancies; o dealing with anti-social behaviour; o estate inspections and management; o undertaking home visits; o identifying and supporting vulnerable tenants and residents; o delivering a range of landlord functions; and o working with specialist teams to ensure that services are coordinated on a geographical patch within a designated town. o You must have excellent communication skills; a strong ability to deal with complex issues; experience of having worked in a social housing / customer service setting as well as the ability to work in a demanding environment. We continue to use technology to work in an agile manner between home and office.
