Worcestershire Children First (WCF) is wholly owned by Worcestershire County Council and delivers children's services on behalf of the local authority, working with partners across the county to ensure children, young people and families receive the best possible services. WCF is tendering for the provision of a district based early years language classes in Malvern and Wychavon for pre-school aged children whose primary need relates to relates to a specific speech and/or language disorder or impairment.
