This procurement process involves two stages: Stage 1, where suppliers/contractors register on the DPS, and Stage 2, where work is awarded through Further Competitions. The Submission Deadline for Stage 1 is 12 noon on Wednesday 19 October 2022. The annual value of work through this DPS is estimated at four million pounds sterling per annum. Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through Further Competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). Work will only be awarded through Further Competitions. There is no provision for a Direct Award under a DPS. It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of four million pounds sterling per annum. Further details about the DPS is given in Section 3 of Document 1. An Indicative timetable is detailed in Section 6 of Document 1. The Submission Deadline for Stage 1 of this two-stage procurement process is 12 noon on Wednesday 19 October 2022.
