## Notice

Consortium Procurement (CP) is the central purchasing body of Northern Housing Consortium. CP procure PCR compliant solutions on behalf of circa 500 public sector members across the UK. Consortium Procurement is pleased to announce we are reviewing the possibility of commencing a procurement process for an Active Fire framework and are currently seeking input from interested suppliers on the content and structure of the new framework. The proposed Lots for the new framework include the following: Level 1 - Region (12 geographic regions plus one national) Level 2 - Products and Services: * Risk Assessment - * Inspections - * Fire detectors * Manual and automatic action: o Extinguishers o Sprinklers o Fire and CO alarms o Emergency escape items o Wet and dry risers * Security and Access Systems * Fire equipment testing, service and maintenance * Fire safety remedial works * Minor works and servicing * Fire damper and fire collar maintenance * Emergency lighting * Fire retardant bedding and throws * Fire retardant rubber matting * Portable appliance testing We would like to invite interested Suppliers to book an individual supplier engagement sessions week commencing 27th January 2025 via Microsoft Teams to gather information and feedback on the above. The session will typically last 15-20 mins. Let us know your preferred date between 28th and 31st January 2025 or 4th and 7th February we will do our best to accommodate.
