## Summary

The procurement process involves a framework for the supply and delivery of respirators and breathing apparatus, initiated by the West Midlands Police in collaboration with the National CBRN Centre. This tender falls under the goods category, specifically focusing on breathing apparatus for firefighting and related equipment. The framework is intended for a five-year term, with a total contract value of £15 million, aimed at supporting several emergency services across the UK, including Police Services, Fire and Rescue Services, and NHS trusts. The tender period concluded on 2nd March 2018, with the awarded contract starting on 1st August 2018 and running until 31st July 2023.
