The Active Travel to Health element - this service enables elderly or disabled people who struggle to use conventional public transport services to reach health related appointments such as hospitals, doctors surgeries, dentists, opticians, clinics etc. The initial contract to provide these services is for 2 1/2 years however this may be extended to 3 1/2 years.
