With the contract allowing suppliers to apply for one or multiple pitches, businesses of various scales can engage in this procurement process, provided they meet the necessary food safety standards and have a Food Hygiene Rating of 4 or 5. This framework aims to enhance the catering offerings within Birmingham’s parks, creating a vibrant food service environment for both suppliers and patrons.
