## Notice

BEIS wishes to appoint a Supplier to undertake an evaluation of the public sector energy efficiency loans scheme. The evaluation is expected to use primary and secondary quantitative data and primary qualitative data to undertake a quasi-experimental impact, process and economic evaluation.
