## Notice

The Company would consider an amalgamation of both of the above if available. It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1/4/2022 - 31/3/2025 - with the option to extend for a further 1 plus 1 year. The Company reserves the right not to enter into the negation stage if they can select a winning Organisation at Stage 2.
