## Notice

This may include giving advice based on own experience and/or practical solutions to the build specification. This Invitation to Tender document (including appendices and other documentation) issued to bidders sets out details of the authority's requirements and how to submit your proposal. Please ensure you read it carefully, however should you need any further information please see section below on how to raise questions during the proposal period. Leicestershire County Council will be expecting a financial payment of at least PS150,000 per annum for the lease of the property; we are assuming this will be a residual amount provided from the core rents charged to the tenant.
