## Notice

Bereavement Services have a requirement to contract for the supply and delivery of Crematoria Consumables to the following Crematoria's, on behalf of the Authority. Spring Wood Crematorium: Springwood Avenue, Allerton, Liverpool, L25 7UN Anfield Crematorium 238 Priory Road, Anfield, Liverpool, L4 2SL The ability to order these goods from a contracted supplier is service critical as the goods enable Bereavement Services to facilitate cremations and provide loved ones with a suitable vessel in which to return remains. The memorial benches allow loved ones the opportunity to feel close to those departed. The required consumables include but may not be limited to: * Polytainers (Large) * Cardboard Cremated Remains Box (Inc Corporate Branding) * Small Cardboard Cremated Remains Box * Polythene Cremated Remains Bags * Paper Cremated Remains Bags * Hardwood Memorial Bench 4ft * Hardwood Memorial Bench 3ft * Paper Carrier Bag (Inc Corporate Branding) * Plastic Flower Vase with Spike * Adult Cremated Remains Casket * Infant Cremation Tray * Infant Ashes Tubes * Ashes Scatter Tubes Full details can be found in Appendix A Specification contained within the tender documentation
