The Trust may award the works in both buildings to one supplier or split the buildings between two separate contractors Northfield House We have reviewed the gas consumption which averages out at 32kw per hour, (32 kW is a peak at the coldest time of year, average is a lot less.) this being the case smaller boilers can be installed to suit. Glebe House We are looking for a more economical solution, as the heating system will be connected to the main heating circuit within next 3-4years.
