## Notice

KCS Professional Services, on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC), wish to create a national, user friendly, time and cost effective Framework Agreement for the supply of Electrical Vehicle Charging Points to all public sector organisations. This Framework Agreement will assist public sector organisations in being prepared for the increase in demand for charging points. Additional information: In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations, KCS, on behalf of the Central Buying Consortium (CBC), wishes to create a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Electrical Vehicle Charging Points. The procurement process adopted by the Contracting Authority is based upon the 'Open' Procedure, as detailed in the 'Public Contract Regulations 2015'. In brief the process will be as follows: * Only those organisations that expressed their interest in this opportunity via the Kent Business Portal will receive this Invitation to Tender (ITT) * All submitted compliant bids will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained within this document. Member Authorities that will be using the Framework Agreement from the outset are: Buckinghamshire County Council Coventry City Council East Sussex County Council inc: * Hastings; * Rother; * Wealden; * Eastbourne; * Lewes Essex County Council Kent County Council (via KCS Professional Services) Luton Borough Council Suffolk County Council Other public bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement but may only do so with the agreement of the Contracting Authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this Framework Agreement will be members, affiliates and associates of the CBC Group, blue light services, NHS & NHS trusts, third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies & free schools), publicly funded organisations and publicly owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
