Combining systems and support for PAM and Imprivata into one, means the Trust can take advantage of more efficient technical expertise for services that affect a huge area of our IT service delivery geography, whilst at the same time releasing resource for other purposes across IT. Combining the service also allows us to move quicker when accessing support, meeting compliance obligations and improving our service experience for users.
