## Notice

To provide the following migration partner services: (i) to give strategic direction and advice to the HSCN leadership team; (ii) to further develop the HSCN Programme operating model, the HSCN target Business As Usual (BAU) operating model and the stages of transition / transformation from programme into BAU operations; (iii) to facilitate and drive the enactment of the move into BAU operations in accordance with the outputs agreed under item (i) above; (iv) the design, delivery, communication and continual improvement of HSCN processes and associated guidance and training material that will optimise the activities and resources required to achieve high rates of migration and the timely decommissioning of legacy infrastructure; (v) to facilitate and drive the enactment of the process improvements in accordance with the outputs agreed under item (iii) above; (vi) the provision of technical (network) expertise and resources capable of supporting network customer and supplier migration activities and provide rapid response "troubleshooting" to minimise any negative impact of HSCN migration / operational issues, conduct root cause analysis and develop, as appropriate, any changes required to minimise future occurrence and/or future impacts; (vii) the management and enhancement of the management information systems for the HSN programme; (viii) as required, the timely provision of additional resources required to support the execution of the migration to HSCN and transformation into BAU operations (i.e. filling emerging new resource requirements and/or shortfalls in permanent resourcing).
