Adur District Council on behalf of both Adur District Council and and Worthing Borough Council is inviting suitable providers to tender for the supply, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Human Resourcesand Payroll Solution. The solution should have the following functionality: 1) capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2) capable of handling a minimum 2200 multiposts; 3) capable of handling pension deductions; 4) solution must be HMRC accredited; 5) self service function for staff; 6) have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7) have workflow management; 8) be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application.
