Thethree lots are: * Lot 1 - Nepal Climate Change Support Programme * Lot 2 - Nepal Renewable Energy Programme * Lot 3 - Nepal Urban Resilience Programme Lot 1: 4.5 years inclusive of 6 months inception phase with a budget of upto PS4.5 million (inclusive of anyapplicable tax). No time or cost extension envisaged. Lot 2: 4.5 years inclusive of 6 months inception phase with a budget of upto PS10 million (inclusive of anyapplicable tax). No time or cost extension envisaged. Lot 3: 5 years inclusive of 3 months inception phase with a budget of upto PS8 million (inclusive of any applicabletax). Extension upto 2 years and 20% of contract value.
