## Notice

MYHT requires a series of non-intrusive fire risk assessments to be undertaken to identify any significant fire safety risks requiring action. An executive summary report should be drafted for each building which should identify the main fire safety issues summarised as found; this in turn should be supported by a series of individual workplace fire risk assessment reports that substantiate the current 'as inspected - as found' situation, each of which should have its own summary findings in greater detail.
