Therefore MaPS needs to engage an external consultancy to deliver the following requirements for the CMTP: Priority one - Develop an accurate contract register Priority two - Raise awareness on and clarify roles and responsibilities Priority three - Developing contract management capabilities These requirements must be delivered for the programme by mid-March 2023.
