This project needs to ensure the change for end users is being managed effectively and therefore are seeking a small team (1-3 persons) to work with an existing project and their change team to: - Review the existing approaches to user focussed technology implementation and business change - Based on the existing approaches, identify key areas for development, including capacity, capability, governance links, providing tangible recommendations for current deliveries - Use gathered insights to create a standard business change model and approach - Make recommendations / costed proposal for a standard model for future business change activities.
