De Montfort University are seeking fee proposals for Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E) services for the refurbishment of Bede House, this includes the refurbishment of the ground floor into teaching spaces and the first and second floors into office space. The fee bid should be in accordance to the Consultancy Document accompanied with this letter.
