These services will be provided on the basis of the individual Donor demand, as participation in the CSP is not mandatory for Donors or their implementing partners. The programme is a two-year pilot, after which the programme will be reviewed and, participating donors will decide on next steps for a possible three year extension for a total length of program of up to five years.
